Every nAIce agent gets a dedicated, isolated cloud machine in a German data center — with its own terminal, file system, and database.
Your agent's environment belongs to you. You control access, credentials, tools, and what it's allowed to touch. Nothing is shared between customers.
Your data stays in Germany
All processing happens on German infrastructure. No data is transferred to US cloud providers for AI processing or storage.
Your business data — emails, CRM records, bookkeeping, documents, and automations — never leaves the European Union:

What your agent processes
Your nAIce agent works with the business data you give it access to. Here is what that typically includes:
Email: Your agent reads, categorizes, drafts responses, and manages your inbox — all on your machine.
Business records: CRM entries, invoices, bookkeeping data, and customer information that you connect to your agent.
Automations: Your recurring workflows, business rules, and task definitions that tell your agent what to do and when.
Your agent only accesses what you explicitly connect. No broad scanning, no data collection beyond what is needed for your workflows.
What we don't do with your data
We don't read your agent's data for our own purposes.
We don't train AI models on your business data. Your invoices, customer emails, and CRM records are yours — not training material.
We don't build user profiles, sell analytics, or share data with third parties. Your business is not our product.
Your credentials, your control
You provide the API keys, email credentials, and account access your agent needs to do its work.
All credentials are stored encrypted on your agent's machine. nAIce never sees or stores your passwords or API keys.
You can revoke access, rotate credentials, or disconnect accounts at any time — your agent stops immediately.
Minimal platform telemetry
We collect basic operational metrics to keep your agent running: uptime, error rates, and infrastructure health.
Telemetry is associated with a pseudonymous identifier. We never collect conversation content, business data, or personally identifiable information through telemetry.
Our goal is simple: collect enough to keep the platform reliable, and nothing more.
