Getting started with nAIce

Your nAIce agent runs on its own dedicated machine in a German data center. This guide gets you from signup to a working agent that handles your email, calendar, and daily workflows — in under 10 minutes.

Setup nAIce Agent 5 min setup

Create your nAIce account

Go to naice.app and sign up. You’ll choose a plan and get your own dedicated agent machine — hosted in a German data center with full DSGVO protection.

Once provisioned, your agent is ready. You’ll receive a setup email with your dashboard link and a quick-start guide.

Connect your business tools

nAIce works by connecting to the tools you already use. Start with email — it’s the fastest way to get value.

  1. Connect your email

    In your nAIce dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations → Email. Enter your email credentials or set up OAuth. Your agent starts by reading your inbox patterns — it never sends anything without your explicit approval.

  2. Connect your calendar

    Go to Settings → Integrations → Calendar. Link your Google or Microsoft calendar. Your agent uses it to understand your schedule and manage time-sensitive tasks.

  3. Add your CRM

    nAIce integrates with common CRMs. Go to Settings → Integrations → CRM to connect yours. This lets your agent manage contacts, follow-ups, and deal tracking automatically.

Configure your agent

Tell your agent what to do. The instructions live in a simple file your agent reads when it starts working.

Start simple — three to five clear instructions. You can refine them as you learn what your agent handles well. Every change takes effect on the next agent cycle.

Once connected, your agent starts working. Here’s what a typical first day looks like:

Your agent scans your inbox, categorizes everything, and delivers a morning brief: what’s urgent, what needs a reply, and what can wait.

The agent monitors new emails, drafts replies for business-critical messages, and keeps your CRM up to date — all without you touching a thing.

Check your dashboard anytime to see what your agent did. Every action is logged with a full audit trail — you always know what happened and why.

Security & DSGVO

nAIce runs on a dedicated machine in a German data center. Your data never leaves German jurisdiction.

  • Your machine, your data. Each nAIce agent gets its own isolated cloud instance — no shared tenancy, no multi-tenant databases.
  • DSGVO by default. Data processing happens exclusively in Germany. No US cloud providers, no data export.
  • You hold the keys. Your credentials and data are encrypted at rest. nAIce has no access to your accounts — the agent uses only the permissions you grant.
  • Full audit trail. Every action your agent takes is logged. Review everything it did, when, and why — right in your dashboard.
